Native American Culture Blog

A while ago my grandma found a portrait in her basement of one of her relatives and it looked relatively similar to that of a native american. Although, back in the time the picture was taken or drawn everything was in black and white. Because of that it is hard to tell if the women is either very tan from being in the sun or of Native American heritage.
I just wonder if that person really is Native American because, if she was, then I would be as well. It would be interesting also to see what tribe that she was in or related to because I would look more into it and see if I relate to anything in that tribe. It would always be nice to find out more about who I am and see how I could possibly be just like an Indian in that tribe.

  1. Check out the Internet. There are lots of genealogy sources you could use to find out something, especially if you know a name.
